A year ago Angie & Aaron called me and asked me to take their photos….they were feeling particularily romantic being that earlier that day they’d seen two blue lines – yep – they were expecting! Today I got to see them again…..and just like that… the couple is now a family….

Saturday night at 8:00pm Vegas time I literally had a dream come true…I saw Elton John in concert. He walked out on the stage and my water-works started before he even sang a note(for those of you who know me personally this probably comes to you as no surprise). He was AMAZING. Here is one of the 5 photos I had on my camera from the weekend (hey….photographers get vacations too!)

Yes….I had a girls weekend in Vegas last weekend. I met my girlfriend from Hawaii, her best HI bud and her sister for some girl-time. We had a great time, shopping, hanging at the spa, dancing, watching Dana win at blackjack and just hanging out. It was a great break in anticipaiton of the fall rush!

Speaking of fall-rush – I had a reschedule so I Have a 4:00 opening this Saturday if anybody wants it. Evenings are pretty much booked up through October and then it’ll be first-come-first-booked after Christmas Magic! So….back to the real world (gotta admit…I’m blessed – my “real world” is pretty darn good).

That has been my personal theme for the month! As many of you know I”m always up for a chance to give back – well, this is my month I guess…..it’s actually pretty cool being that I’m on the beginning of my busy season!

Last week I shot and edited the organizers for the Cattle Barron’s Ball…it’s a HUGE and FUN party to benefit the American Cancer Society. More on that in March.

Then yesterday it was the GateWay to TX Pro-Am Charity Golf Classic to benefit Childs Advocate and First Step.

And tonight (now THIS one tuggs on my heartstrings) I’m taking pix of local kids who are up for Adoption, this is for the Heart Gallery program. More on that later.

Anyway – it’s a HUGE benefit to my job to be honored to be a part of these programs!
